Modesty Skit

This is a skit I wrote about modesty. It is just a fun and lighthearted way to teach modesty. It is a redo of Dr. Seuss' Green Eggs and Ham

There are three characters: Miss Glam, Immodest one and Immodest two

Modesty Skit
(Green Eggs and Ham)
Dress Modest Madame

Glam:
I Am Glam
I am Glam
Glam I Am

I1:
Miss Glam-I-Am
Miss Glam-I-Am
I do not like Miss Glam-I-Am

Glam:
Do you like to dress modest madam?

I2:
I do not like to
Glam I Am
I do not like to
Dress modest, madam

Glam:
Do you like shirts cut to here? (points to a higher cut neck line on her shirt)

I1:
I do not like my shirts so high
I would not even like to try (she bends over and struggles as balloon boobs start falling)
I do not like to dress modest, madam
I do not like to Glam-I-Am

Glam:
Would you wear a skirt that's long?
Surely then you can't go wrong!

I2:
I do not wear my skirts so long
My short skirts? There's nothing wrong. (Tries sitting in short skirt, keeps pulling it down
I do not like my shirt so high
I would not even like to try
I do not like to dress modest, madam
I do not like to, Glam-I-Am



Glam:
Would you wear your hair combed neat?
Then your modest look is complete

I1:
No hair combed neat
I look complete
No skirts so long
There's nothing wrong
I do not like my shirt so high
I would not even like to try

Glam:
Would you, could you not so tight?
Try it, try it, that looks right

I2:
I would not, could not not be tight (Tries to walk in tight jeans, small steps)

Glam:
You may like it, you will see
If you will dress modestly

I2:
Not modestly
I would not, could not modestly
I like it tight, you let me be

I would not wear my hair combed neat
I think my look is complete

Would you please wash out the stain?


I1:
I like the stain, not modesty
I like it tight, let me be
I would not, could not combed neat
I think my look is complete

Glam:
Say, with legs crossed
Sit with legs crossed

I2:
I would not, could not with legs crossed (sits in skirt with legs open to sigh that says, EEK!)

Glam:
Would you, could you not complain?

I2:
Yes I will, I need to complain
No legs crossed, I'll wear a stain
I'll wear it tight, no modesty
That's how I like it, Glam, you see
No skirt that's long, no hair combed neat
Can't you tell my look's complete?
I do not like to dress modest, madam

Glam:
You do not like to dress modest, madam?

I1:
I do not like to, Glam-I-Am

Glam:
Would you, would you please stay clean?

I1:
I would not, could not shower clean

Glam:
Then would you please not be seen

I1:
I will be, will be heard and seen
I will not, will not shower clean
Listen, cause I'm gonna complain
That you don't like to see my stain
No legs crossed, no modesty
I like it tight, you let me be
I would not wear my hair combed neat
I think my look is complete

Glam!

And this is how I will be seen
And I will always shower clean

I2:
And you will not hear me complain
Or wear dirty clothes with a stain

I1:
And I will sit with my legs crossed
So then that clear view will be lost


I2:
And I will wear my hair combed neat
That will now make my look complete

I1:
I'll make sure my skirt is long
To my knees I can't go wrong

I2:
My shirt I'll wear the neckline high
I'll cover up, so hard I'll try

I1&2:
We do so like to dress modest, madam
We're so beautiful, Glam-I-Am!
